St. Paul University Manila kicked off its annual University Week celebration through a solemn procession on January 24 in honor of its Patron, St. Paul; the Immaculate Conception; and the Santo Niño de Pandacan.

After two years of celebrating Paskuhan online, St. Paul University Manila held its first in-person celebration of Paskong Paulino in the Fleur-de-lis Theater, on December 16, 2022, with the theme “Pamilyang Paulino: Nagkakaisa Tungo sa Panibagong Pag-asa.” The annual institutional event was attended by students, faculty, staff, alumni, and St. Paul of Chartres (SPC) Sisters of the university.

Ending the 110th Founding Anniversary Celebration of St. Paul University Manila, a closing ceremony was held in the Fleur-de-lis Theater, in conjunction with the Blessing of Markers around the campus, led by Msgr. Gerardo O. Santos, and the launching of a coffee table book commemorating Paulinian experiences through the years. The event was attended by students, faculty, staff, and alumni, and led by the University President, Sr. Ma. Evangeline Anastacio, SPC.

In 2022, St. Paul University Manila was included in the shortlist of winners for the Blended and Presence Learning Award in the prestigious Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Awards. The project, called "The Three I’s of Flexible Learning: The Learning Model of St. Paul University Manila in COVID," was developed in response to the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

And in the Philippine Nursing Licensure Exam 2022, the Batch, Christum Serviam of St. Paul University Manila passed with flying colors—100% passing rate.
